Here are some common questions about Epic Rare.
Epic Rare is a Qatar-based collectibles marketplace where enthusiasts can buy, sell, and discover trading cards, video games, figurines, and other rare collectibles. We combine our own inventory with approved consignments from trusted sellers.
- Sellers submit a listing request form.
- Once approved, items are collected, registered, and listed by Epic Rare.
- After a sale, sellers can track their transactions via their dashboard.
- Settlements are processed within 5 working days from the sale date (minimum settlement request: 300 QAR).
Products sold by Epic Rare may be sealed with security tape for buyer protection where feasible. For certain products, particularly larger items or categories where sealing is not practical, Epic Rare may apply alternate protective measures to ensure authenticity and buyer confidence.
Returns are accepted within 3 calendar days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The security seal (if applied) is intact and untampered.
- The product is materially different from the listing description.
- Incorrect item was delivered.
Products that cannot be sealed will still be subject to inspection and must be returned in the same condition received.
If seals are removed, broken, or products otherwise tampered with, the item will not be eligible for return unless there is compelling evidence of misdescription.
Return requests must be submitted within the 3-day window and include supporting evidence (e.g., unboxing video, detailed photos).
Refunds apply only to the sales price. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Epic Rare reserves the right to accept or deny return claims based on supporting evidence.
You can request your consignment proceeds from your dashboard once your balance reaches 300 QAR or more. Settlement requests below 300 QAR can still be made but will have a 15 QAR fee applied. Settlements are processed weekly within 5 working days.
Epic Rare coordinates product pickup and delivery. Delivery fees vary by location (Doha, Al Khor, Al Wakrah, etc.). Buyers pay delivery charges at checkout.
If a buyer returns a product because the listing information did not match the actual condition, the seller is responsible. If the product is returned for other reasons (like change of mind), Epic Rare will review the case and take appropriate action.
Currently, we do not provide these services. In the future, Epic Rare plans to collaborate with specialists to offer grading and restoration services for collectibles.

- Pokémon cards (graded & raw)
- One Piece, MTG, Yu-Gi-Oh! cards
- Video games & consoles
- Pop Funkos and figurines
- Other approved collectibles
- We will expand this list over time and announce new categories when available.
Yes. Epic Rare is working on introducing a loyalty program with collector tiers (Collector, Rare Collector, Epic Collector, Legendary, Mythical). This program will reward users with recognition and benefits based on their activity. We will announce full details when the program launches in the future.
